- To process and confirm your booking request and manage room availability.
- To communicate with you about your reservation — confirmations, changes, arrival instructions and post-stay follow-ups.
- To comply with statutory obligations, including guest registration under applicable Indian hospitality laws.

Our website uses only essential technical cookies required for the site to function (for example, remembering your form inputs during a booking). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. - Trusted service providers that help us run the booking system — our database provider (Supabase) and our email delivery provider (Resend). These providers process data solely on our behalf under strict confidentiality.

Booking data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers. Only authorised owners and staff of Yekhao can view or modify booking records, and administrative access to the dashboard is protected by password authentication.

- Correct any inaccurate or outdated information.
- Delete your booking / enquiry records, subject to any statutory record-keeping obligations.
- Withdraw consent for future communications.
